In network with Blue Cross NC and with Aetna, including the North Carolina State Health Plan and Aetna EAP.
For all other plans, I am an out-of-network provider, which means most insurance companies accept and reimburse for my services based on their out-of-network benefits.
Many plans will reimburse between 50% - 70% of costs after meeting a deductible, though plans vary and I cannot guarantee if or how much they will reimburse for you. To know the exact amount, ask your insurer for your “out-of-network outpatient mental health coverage” and confirm if your deductible is met.
If your insurance includes out-of-network benefits, I will provide you with a detailed monthly statement (“superbill”) to submit for reimbursement or to be put toward your deductible.
