Therapy is a safe place for you to explore and grow. We get clear on what you want for yourself – not based on what you’ve been told to want, but on your deepest values. We hold space for what hurts while shining light on the aspects of life that help you thrive. We build resilience for an unknowable future with practical tools and deeper connection, to yourself and the world around you.

Therapy is uniquely tailored to you. Together we’ll create a plan, adjusting as we go based on what we learn. We’ll break your goals into manageable steps that build your confidence and motivation to keep growing. Progress happens at your pace: I offer ideas and tools based on my training and what I feel might be helpful, but you’re in the driver’s seat.
